Questions tire shops ask

Straight answers.

The questions we hear most, answered plainly.

Who pays if a wheel comes off after we mount it?

Your garage liability, for injury and damage to others. The cost to redo the work is usually yours, which is why a torque record on every ticket matters.

Is tire inventory covered like other stock?

Usually, as business property, but insurers ask about storage because of fire risk. Outdoor piles are often limited or excluded.

Does roadside tire service need its own coverage?

The service truck needs commercial auto, and roadside work has to be listed on your liability. Many shops miss one or the other.

How fast can I get a certificate?

Once your policy is bound, you request certificates from your client login, with the wording your contract asks for.
